Patio has 60 hookups with electricity, septic, and water. We also have a free RV dump for those spending the night, or at a cost of $10 for those just passing through.
Lower prices are available for RV club cardholders. In addition, there are great prices available for groups of 5 or more RVs. Large groups will also have access to one or both of our accommodating clubhouses. Stay a week and take advantage of getting the seventh day for about half off and you can stay a month for the cost of a two week stay. Make sure you ask about club or group discounts.

Motel and RV Park stays of less than 30 days are subject to Lane County Tax and 1.5% Oregon State Tax (all rates are based on double occupancy)
